    I received my first brewing starter kit as a christmas present from my wife. Instantly, I was hooked.

    After years of brewing, I decided it was time to see if the Swiss were ready for a different kind of beer.

    First Major Expansion

    After a successful first year, we are planning our first major expansion. We have a new room to brew in and will soon move up from a nano-brewery to a micro-brewery
